Photo to the left depicts Tru-Beam column forms used on the Interstate I-90 bridge over the Fox River near Elgin, IL. The columns were 4' x 4' x 34'. The long double channel wales near the top aligned the forms with the existing columns.

The photo below shows Tru-Beam columns used on the Corbalis Water Treatment plant at Herndon, VA. The wales at the bottom are spaced more closely together than at the top because concrete pressure is greater at the bottom.
